Short version: we collect only what we need to bake and deliver your cookies, we never sell your data, and your cart lives in your own browser. The long version is below.
When you place an order we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and your order contents. We never ask for — and never store — card numbers or banking details; payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure systems.
Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. No cart data leaves your device and nothing in local storage is sent to us. Our site does not use advertising trackers or sell your data to anyone.
We use your details only to fulfil your order — confirming it, getting it baked and delivered, and supporting you if anything goes wrong. If you subscribe to Bake Notes, we email you only what you signed up for, and you can unsubscribe with one click.
Only the minimum needed to get your cookies to you: a payment processor for the transaction and a delivery partner for the address. Both are bound to use your data solely for that purpose. We do not share, sell, or rent your information to marketers.
Order records are kept only as long as we need them for accounting and customer support. Contact and subscription details are kept until you ask us to delete them — just write to us and it's done.
You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email hello@littlegrains.co and we will respond within 7 days.
Our site and products are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and bump the date below. Significant changes that affect your data will be called out in our newsletter and on the homepage.
