Every box is baked after you order — nothing sits on a shelf. Orders placed before 12 pm are dispatched the same day; all others within 48 hours. You'll get a tracking link on your phone the moment your box leaves the bakery.

03Shipping charges
A flat ₹79 on all orders under ₹1,000. Orders of ₹1,000 or more ship free — mix a few boxes and you're usually there. All prices are in INR, inclusive of taxes.
04Packaging
Boxes arrive in a sturdy, food-safe mailer with the cookies sealed in their individual tray — crisp edges intact, crumb contained, and a bake-fresh date printed on every box. Cookies are best enjoyed within 10 days of delivery.
05Returns & refunds
Because our cookies are baked fresh and perishable, we can't accept returns of opened boxes. But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or anything less than perfect, we make it right — no quibbles:
- Email a photo of the issue to hello@littlegrains.co within 48 hours of delivery.
- We refund the full amount or ship a replacement box — your choice.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
